  • Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other details are accurate when placing your order. Nash Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery or receipt of the package. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Nashe Studio ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
